Skoltech Open MolBiol seminar by Professor Severinov

For the first time ever Skoltech invites you to attend and participate in the Open MolBiol seminar which will be given by Professor Konstantin Severinov. This seminar is a part of a course where students discuss important classical papers from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. You will be welcome to ask questions and be part of the seminar.
Every single one of you who will register at this event will be sent a paper which will be discussed on that day. In each class, there are always two students who present the paper to the rest of the class. Presenters will start by stating the name of the paper/main authors and telling the take-home message of the paper — why it is significant, what problem it solved. Then they will proceed to the actual work. The audience is expected to read the paper beforehand and participate in discussions.
After the Open seminar, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the admission process.

By public transport: There are buses to Skolkovo from the following metro stations: Slavyanskiy Bulvar, Kuntsevskaya and Troparevo.

By car: It is necessary to choose a route through Skolkovskoye Shosse. Get visual reference to this map. From parking places, Skolkovo free minibusses will take you to our building on Nobel street 3.
